1. Acceptance
These Terms & Conditions (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of the website at impact-radar.com (“Site”). By accessing or using the Site, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the Site.
2. About us
The Site is operated by NZmark Pte Ltd (UEN: 202411974C), a Singapore-registered social enterprise with registered address at 62–68 Circular Road, Singapore 049422, doing business as “Impact Radar” (“we”, “us”, “our”).
Impact Radar operates as a Programme Provider for registered Institutions of a Public Character (IPCs) and, for selected programmes, foreign charitable partners. NZmark Pte Ltd is not itself a registered charity or IPC.
3. Use of Site
The Site is provided for informational and non-commercial purposes. Content on the Site is general in nature and does not constitute financial, legal, medical, or tax advice. Consult a qualified professional before making decisions based on Site content.
4. Donations
Donations referenced on the Site are processed and receipted directly by the partner named on the relevant programme page — a Singapore IPC for SG IPC programmes, or the foreign charity for Foreign-charity programmes. Tax deductibility in Singapore applies only to donations made through qualifying SG IPC partners and is subject to IRAS rules. Foreign-charity programmes are clearly marked as not tax-deductible in Singapore. NZmark Pte Ltd does not receive, hold, or process donor funds on its own account.
5. Intellectual property
All content on the Site — including text, graphics, logos, images, and software — is owned by or licensed to NZmark Pte Ltd and is protected by Singapore and international intellectual property laws. The “Impact Radar” name and logo are trademarks of NZmark Pte Ltd. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works without prior written permission. Partner and IPC logos are used with permission.
6. User content
Messages submitted via the contact form may be stored in our content management system (see Privacy Policy) and reviewed by our team to respond to your enquiry. We will not publish or share contact form submissions publicly without your consent.
7. Acceptable use
You agree not to:
- Use the Site for any unlawful purpose or in violation of any applicable law or regulation
- Attempt to gain unauthorised access to any part of the Site, its servers, or connected systems
- Transmit any harmful code, viruses, or material that could disrupt or damage the Site
- Reproduce, duplicate, copy, sell, or otherwise exploit any portion of the Site for commercial purposes without our express written consent
- Scrape, data-mine, or use automated tools to extract content from the Site at scale
8. Third-party links
The Site may contain links to third-party websites, including IPC and foreign-partner donation pages. We do not control and are not responsible for the content, privacy practices, or availability of those sites. Inclusion of any link does not imply endorsement.
9. Disclaimers
The Site and its content are provided “as is” and “as available” without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied. We do not warrant that the Site will be uninterrupted, secure, or error-free, or that any defects will be corrected.
10. Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by Singapore law, NZmark Pte Ltd and its directors, employees, and agents shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from or related to your use of the Site — including loss of data, revenue, or opportunity. Our total aggregate liability for any claims arising from or related to these Terms or the Site shall not exceed SGD 100 or the amount you paid us (if any) in the 12 months preceding the claim, whichever is less.
11. Indemnity
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless NZmark Pte Ltd and its officers, directors, employees, and agents from any claims, damages, losses, or expenses (including reasonable legal fees) arising from your use of the Site or violation of these Terms.
12. Governing law & dispute resolution
These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of Singapore. Any dispute arising from or in connection with these Terms shall be submitted to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Singapore. Before commencing any legal proceedings, both parties agree to attempt to resolve disputes through good-faith negotiation for at least 30 days.
13. Changes
We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Updated Terms will be posted on this page with a revised “Last updated” date. Your continued use of the Site after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
