About This Programme

Seniors in rental blocks face compounding risk factors — social isolation, food insecurity, limited access to community programmes. This Programme brings SINGER-protocol activities into void decks and common rooms across four neighbourhoods, delivered through Presbyterian Community Services. Home-visit volunteers build baseline relationships before group sessions begin, and a light-touch community-health component includes blood pressure and glucose checks with referral. [DRAFT]
